- Keith SA Hand In Need is a company that I'm all so familiar with I've seen and dealt with some of the clients who live in those houses and they get the best care possible and more the owner goes out of her way to make sure that everyone is treated equally buying gifts and clothes for the ones who come there to her establishment without anything. Nothing can be said bad about the way they are treated ir the care they get I've witnessed this first hand for two years and I give it a 10 on a scale 1-10 it's a place that your love ones would feel safe and secure.
- Michael JMy estranged spouse currently suffers from early on-set dementia and it was impossible for me to work and go back and forth to her residence to take care of her. I worked with a Virginia Beach Community services manager as well as a community services manager from Sentara and they found A Hand in Need. I have been very pleased with the services that they have provide thus far ensuring that she takes her medicines, eats proper meals, ensure that she has access to proper facilities to care for her daily hygiene needs as well. I would highly recommend their services to anyone that finds themselves in a similar situation without a long term care policy in place.
- Tiare PThis company is a blessing for the community. Too many times do we see our elders and our veterans left behind and forgotten. A Hand in Need helps by giving these same people a place for them to stay and hot meals. They also provide 24 hour care for the disabled vets and seniors. I've witnessed better care here than in larger facilities.
